Who Can We Help?

We CAN Help If:
  • You're a UK citizen living abroad or previously worked & lived in the UK for 3+ years
  • You have a UK National Insurance number
  • You're under State Pension age
  • You have gaps in your NI record
We CAN'T Help If:
  • You're already at State Pension age
  • You have no previous UK NI record
  • You have a full 35-year NI record
  • The time limit for paying has passed

Types of Voluntary Contributions

Class 2 Contributions

Currently £3.50 per week (2025/26 rates).

  • Usually possible for individuals who worked in the UK before moving to another EU country and continued working there.
Class 3 Contributions

Currently £17.75 per week (2025/26 rates).

  • For those who don’t qualify for Class 2 contributions but can still gain valuable benefits toward their UK State Pension.
